When I booted into windows 7 I got the message the driver had installed and it was working properly. I finally decided to enable it and switched my ethernet cable to the on board ethernet nic. ![]() I put this out of my mind because my gigbit ethernet controller was disabled in the bios. I had noticed a message about my gigabit ethernet controller not working properly and a link to a website. ![]() Well, surprise, surprise, I am now able to install programs on my windows 7 system.
